Our purpose
A contract pack can be unfamiliar, detailed and difficult to navigate. Our aim is to make the information easier to work through, so you can have a more informed conversation with your agent, solicitor or conveyancer.
For $19 AUD, your AI report highlights potential risks, missing information, key terms and disclosed costs. It also gives you suggested questions and a downloadable PDF or Word report.
Our focus
The service is designed for Victorian Contracts of Sale and Section 32 Vendor’s Statements, including property in Melbourne and regional Victoria.
It reviews information such as title restrictions, planning overlays, owners corporation documents and financial obligations. It is not designed to assess contracts from other Australian states or territories.
Your information
Text is extracted in your browser. That text, along with any page images needed to read tick-boxes, is sent for AI analysis by a third-party provider in the United States. The document text and images are not stored after analysis.
Your finished report is stored for 90 days. Read the Privacy Policy for the full details of processing, retention and your rights.
