How long does the review take?

What if something goes wrong with my review?

If we can’t extract text from your PDF (corrupted file, blank scan, etc.), your $19 is refunded automatically — no email required. For any other technical failure within 30 days of your purchase (analysis didn’t generate, report won’t load, etc.), email help@precontractreview.com for a full refund. All Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees also apply. We do not generally refund on the basis of disagreement with the findings or risk ratings, since those are inherently subjective.
