Send buyers something genuinely useful, and earn on it

Pre Contract Review is a $19 instant check of a Victorian Section 32 and Contract of Sale. It flags missing documents, red-flag clauses and tick-box declarations in minutes, and it is explicit with every buyer that it is not legal advice and does not replace a conveyancer or solicitor.

Who this suits

Buyer's advocates

Your clients hand you contracts constantly, often on Friday for a Saturday auction. An instant check gives you a documented first pass before you invest your own time.

Mortgage brokers

You see the contract before finance is settled. A $19 check is an easy, genuinely useful thing to send a client who is nervous about what they are signing.

Conveyancers & solicitors

Clients who arrive having already run a check turn up with specific questions instead of a shoebox. It makes the paid hour go further, and it is explicitly not a substitute for your advice.

Property educators & content creators

If you publish for Victorian buyers, a free Section 32 checklist and completeness checker are useful things to point people at, with a tracked link behind them.

How it works

  1. Email us to get a code

Tell us who you are and roughly how many buyers you work with. We issue you a personal referral code — there is no application form and no fee.

  2. Share your link

Your code becomes a link like precontractreview.com/?ref=YOURCODE. It works from any page on the site — send the homepage, a suburb guide, or the free checklist, whatever fits the conversation.

  3. We track and pay

The code follows your referral for 30 days, applies automatically at checkout, and every completed review is recorded against your code. We reconcile and pay by arrangement.

What we will and won’t do

  • No lock-in and no exclusivity. Stop any time. We don’t ask you to stop recommending anyone else.
  • No cost to your client. A referral code earns you a commission; it doesn’t change the $19 price the buyer pays.
  • We won’t market to your clients. Referred buyers are your clients. We email them their report and nothing else unless they ask for it.
  • We won’t pretend to be legal advice. Every report says plainly that it is a pre-contract check and that the buyer should get professional advice before signing. If that framing would cause you a problem, this isn’t the right fit and we’d rather know early.
